5 Mistakes to Avoid while Preparing Dishes

If you just learning how to cook, you will do mistakes in the kitchen. yes, its happens for good cooks and beginners or who cook for year. it happens when you lazy to cook, newly learn cooking. could you make mistake when cooking dishes or learn cooking? who experts in cooking they know how to avoid mistakes while preparing dishes. learn how to cook or prepare dishes without any mistakes and you can prepare well dishes😋.

1.Before you start cooking read entire recipe📖.
If you cook special dishes while reading books or website or YouTube or any where, you should read twice before you cooking otherwise you will miss the ingredients. first you list proper ingredients which you want after make an idea of exactly what you doing, make sure you have the all necessary equipment and ingredients which you need for prepare a dish.

2.Measure all ingredients properly⚖.T
This is the common mistake while cooking. you want to prepare dishes properly, you should measure all the ingredients otherwise you will not make proper teast or shape of the dish. you get proper measurement of ingredients in website you follow the same method. you can also take advise with who expert in cooking. 

3.Take all ingredient ready before start to cook😀.
Beforeyou cook you take all ingredients proper measurement. you take some ingredients having chopped and ready to make complete recipe to easy for prepare dishes. its can happen in the more times when someone disturbs or if you preparing first time you will forgot to take ready in front of you. 

4. Preheat oil before making food😖.
whether you making dishes in oil, you should preheat the oil before put the mixture. If you deep frying the dishes you can heat the oil average temperature and check it heated or not, observe through the pan heating temperature will come up from the pan.
For example, if you frying papad so oil should preheated properly 5 minutes and you check the temperature and put the papad and fry on it.

5. Over heated the pan😞.
If you hating pan for frying dishes or ingredients, you should be take proper temperature. It should fry when it comes brown colour otherwise the dish will over burnt.
For example, you heating bread you can get brown colour in 2 minutes, if you put in maximum temperature it will be heat in 10 seconds.
