Best Leadership

Introduction about leadership
Leadership means motivating a group of people in achieving a common goal. So leadership is very much important in any field.
So here, I would like to give an example of where I have showed my leadership quality in my degree.

Situation                                                            
Fancy Dress group competition held at our college in a month of December, 2016 where I was the group leader of that competition and I was taken that responsibility to make plan about fancy dress and take concept of Tulunada Vibava. Some friends are not aware of how it was and some are do not have idea about that. So I explained them what is tulunad vibava and how people are celebrated. I showed picture and video of tulunad people are celebrated Kambala, Bhootha kola, Yakshagana, etc.
They do not know about that, after I showed video we discussed in group and I asked do you have any idea and how we make it different. I gave part to them and we prepare together for competition.
Analysis
When I was gave the part to everyone. I had to build a team who could support me and share their ideas to completing the task. I gave name to the competition. During the program it necessary for me to build a team members and everything went according to the plan. Leaders set direction and create something new to complete the task, team members are share their opinion to create something new.
Communication is a very important role. Before I was gave a specific role, I must explain what is tulunad vibava and how people celebrated in tulunad. I asked what their ideas are and opinions, talk to that person who was taking the role and make sure anything extra role were required.
I had very responsive. On the day of competition take all the required materials. So i along with my team members took responsibility to take things. All are responsive to ready on time and arrange it.
Division of work is was very important role because there were many responsibilities. I had 10 members in my group. So i gave role to everyone to make better in competition. Without a division of work we cannot compete. So everyone take role in group.
A leader should always confident in team. I had confident in my team because i one of the person in tulunad. It is important to have confidence in your team because only then you will be able to do your responsibility well. We were successful in competition.
When someone asked help from me, i helped them and i personally asked my friends who are allocated other responsibility. Whenever i free, i helped those who wanted help. Leader means he/she can do only their work, they can be help others if needed.
Conclusion                                                        
To conclude, I would say democratic leadership style can call as best one. Actually leadership style is depending upon the situation that he/she faces. A leadership is affected by type of the organization of work in confidence with teammates, leader communication with group, take their opinion and idea about the concept, etc.
Though I have taken up the responsibility in various activities like, president in primary school and sports in school and college days, this is the first time I took the responsibility of competition and give role to the group and went according to the plan, it is a part of college day.

It is a wonderful experience and I want to take more responsibilities and role in future.

Uttappa

Introduction of Uttappa
Uttappa is another south Indian healthy breakfast recipe. It prepared with rice and urad dal batter used for preparing idli, dosa and also prepare paddu which i shared recipe with you. You can prepare batter in advance or before 12 hours. I already explained how to make batter in previous recipe of paddu. Uttappa is make it like Pizza😍. It is teasty and easiest recipe to make and you can make different dish in one time like (All in one) idli, Uttappa, paddu, dosa. You serve Uttappa with green or red chatney😁.

Ingredients                                                       
  •          Idli batter
  •          ½ cup onion
  •          2 tomato
  •          3-4 green chilly
  •          Few Coriander leaves(optional)
  •          Salt to taste
  •          Oil/butter  for frying


Instructions
Heat tawa in medium flam. Spread oil on hot tawa. If tawa is heated take one ladle batter spread it in round shape like dosa/ pizza. But Uttappa batter slightly thicker then batter spread for dosa. Batter should not spread on thin otherwise vegetables can not stick on the batter.
Immediately sprinkle on the chopped onion, tomato, green chilly over it and you can also add coriander leaves in optional. If you want oil or batter you can put around the edge or middle.
Cook Uttappa until bottom burns light golden brown and cook another side for a minute.
Transfer it to the plate and your Uttappa is ready to serve it hot with coconut chutney😋.

Instruction about to make Uttappa batter
👉Soak urad dal and rice in bowl soak for 5 hours, after first drain the water from rice and blend to smooth and take it on bowl.
Mix it well and keep it in a warm place for 12 hours. The next day mix the better slightly take required batter in a different bowl. Don’t add vegetable together in batter.

5 Mistakes to Avoid while Preparing Dishes

Information about how to avoid mistakes while cooking dishes😃.
If you just learning how to cook, you will do mistakes in the kitchen. yes, its happens for good cooks and beginners or who cook for year. it happens when you lazy to cook, newly learn cooking. could you make mistake when cooking dishes or learn cooking? who experts in cooking they know how to avoid mistakes while preparing dishes. learn how to cook or prepare dishes without any mistakes and you can prepare well dishes😋.

1.Before you start cooking read entire recipe📖.
If you cook special dishes while reading books or website or YouTube or any where, you should read twice before you cooking otherwise you will miss the ingredients. first you list proper ingredients which you want after make an idea of exactly what you doing, make sure you have the all necessary equipment and ingredients which you need for prepare a dish.

2.Measure all ingredients properly⚖.T
This is the common mistake while cooking. you want to prepare dishes properly, you should measure all the ingredients otherwise you will not make proper teast or shape of the dish. you get proper measurement of ingredients in website you follow the same method. you can also take advise with who expert in cooking. 

3.Take all ingredient ready before start to cook😀.
Beforeyou cook you take all ingredients proper measurement. you take some ingredients having chopped and ready to make complete recipe to easy for prepare dishes. its can happen in the more times when someone disturbs or if you preparing first time you will forgot to take ready in front of you. 

4. Preheat oil before making food😖.
whether you making dishes in oil, you should preheat the oil before put the mixture. If you deep frying the dishes you can heat the oil average temperature and check it heated or not, observe through the pan heating temperature will come up from the pan.
For example, if you frying papad so oil should preheated properly 5 minutes and you check the temperature and put the papad and fry on it.

5. Over heated the pan😞.
If you hating pan for frying dishes or ingredients, you should be take proper temperature. It should fry when it comes brown colour otherwise the dish will over burnt.
For example, you heating bread you can get brown colour in 2 minutes, if you put in maximum temperature it will be heat in 10 seconds.

Step by step guide to prepare Golibaje

Introduction
Golibaje if popular in Karkala, Udupi, Manglore and South canara, it is evening snacks and some people also like to have breakfast. in manglore side they got name of manglore bajji and rural people named as golibaje. Mysore bonda and manglore bajji is complete different from one another. golibaje originated in manglore. my father cook golibaje its very teast to have as evening food. i want to share this recipe with with step by step photos. i take prepare this recipe to serve thirty people, golibaje is very teasty awesome when it is hot with coconut chutney. you can see below how to prepare golibaje.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups maida (1 cup-250 ml)
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 green chilly
  • 10 curry leaves (optional)
  • coriander leaf
  • 1 cup curd
  • scrapped coconut
  • 1/2 tbs baking soda
  • pinch of hing
  • salt to teast


Instructions

  • First you chop ginger, chilly, curry leaves, coriander leaf and curry leaves(optional).

  • take bowl add choped chilly, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves and also add hing.

  • add 1 cup of curd, baking soda and salt to teast. mix it well.

  • now add for the mida for mixed ingredients. once again mix well to form of smooth form.
  • Mix well  to the thick form, it also elastic as well in dopping.

  • cover the mixture and rest for 1-2 hours.

  • In a pan take oil, take sufficient oil. so easily we can fry.
  • take water in one bowl and dip your finger on water, start making medium sized golibaje, one by one put to oil slowly.

  • keep the flam into medium and turning it till it comes golden brown colour.

  • if golibaje came to brown colour then remove the it carefully from the oil.

  • Tasty golibaje is ready to serve. serve hot golibaje to the guest with cocounut chutney.

Masala Bhat

Introduction about Masala bhat
Masala bhat is a Maharashtra (South- Indian) food and it is almost similar to veg Pulav and it is very teast, once you cook this recipe you also love this recipe and its my favorite recipe. i learn this when i went to Maharashtra, its very easy to learn and i like this because its teast similar to veg pulav. you can prepare this recipe to guest in midday lunch with green chatni or salad or which you like 😊.



Ingredients:

For Masala:

  • 1/2 bowl Scraped Coconut
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 10 Garlic
  • 7-8 Green Chilly
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
For Masala Bhat
  • 7-8 tsp oil / ghee
  • Cinnamon stick
  • 5 Cloves
  • 2-3 Black Pepper
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 15 Whole Cashew
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup mixed vegetable(Beans, Carrot, corn, etc.)
  • 250 gm Peas
  • 2 cup Rice(Basmathi / Sona masuri)
  • 4 cup Water
Instructions:
First prepare masala, so take blender and add Scraped Coconut, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, water and blend keep the masala in side.
Put cooker in stove and heat oil / ghee and prepare tempring.
Add cinnamon stick, Cloves, Bay leaf, Black Pepper, Cashew, Cardamom and now take blended masala, saute well.
Add chop onion, potato, peas, Vegetables (Carrot, Beans, corn, etc) and saute well 2 minutes.
Further add 2 Cup of washed Rice and 4 Cup of Water and Salt to teast add Turmeric powder, Stir well cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes till 2 visel of cooker.
Then Finally can serve masala bhat with Green Chatni or Salad which you have like to teast 😋.

Paddu

Introduction about Paddu
             Paddu is a break fast recipe and it is very teasty food and this paddu mixture can also use for dosa, its called uttappa and you can prepare sada dosa also. its one of the popular recipe in south India, especially in rural area people doing this recipe. I learn first with my mother. my mother doing amazing paddu and today i sharing my style paddu. I taken ingredients to serve thirty people, it is famous recipe in south India especially in dhakshina kannada. this recipe can serve with red chilly chatni or green chatni some people crazy about eaing paddu with curd amazing 😋.



Ingredients:
  • 1 cup urad dal
  • 3 cups dosa rice
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds/methi(optional)
  • few corander leaves(optional)
  • 1 Onion
  • Green chilly
  • Salt to teast
  • Oil for greasing tawa
Instructions:
Soak urad dal and rice, methi / fenugreek seeds in seprate bowl (optional) soak for 5 hours, after first drain the water from rice and blend to smooth.
Mix it well and keep it in a warm place for 12 hours. the next day mix the better slightly take required batter in a different bowl.
Finally chop onion if you put more onion it give more teast, corander leaves (optional), green chilly, salt to teast and mix well.
Put paddu thava in gas stove and reduce the heat to medium.

Put oil to thava and next put mixture with the help of large spoon and cook for 3 min with a closed tid.
Once better cooked in down part slowly flip it over in the help of spoon and cook other side till its comes to brown colour.

The teasty paddu recipe is ready, it is one of the easiest recipe to learn, take paddu into hot box because its very teasty to eat when it is hot and paddu can serve with red chatni😊.
