Step by step guide to prepare Golibaje

Introduction
Golibaje if popular in Karkala, Udupi, Manglore and South canara, it is evening snacks and some people also like to have breakfast. in manglore side they got name of manglore bajji and rural people named as golibaje. Mysore bonda and manglore bajji is complete different from one another. golibaje originated in manglore. my father cook golibaje its very teast to have as evening food. i want to share this recipe with with step by step photos. i take prepare this recipe to serve thirty people, golibaje is very teasty awesome when it is hot with coconut chutney. you can see below how to prepare golibaje.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups maida (1 cup-250 ml)
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 green chilly
  • 10 curry leaves (optional)
  • coriander leaf
  • 1 cup curd
  • scrapped coconut
  • 1/2 tbs baking soda
  • pinch of hing
  • salt to teast


Instructions

  • First you chop ginger, chilly, curry leaves, coriander leaf and curry leaves(optional).

  • take bowl add choped chilly, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves and also add hing.

  • add 1 cup of curd, baking soda and salt to teast. mix it well.

  • now add for the mida for mixed ingredients. once again mix well to form of smooth form.
  • Mix well  to the thick form, it also elastic as well in dopping.

  • cover the mixture and rest for 1-2 hours.

  • In a pan take oil, take sufficient oil. so easily we can fry.
  • take water in one bowl and dip your finger on water, start making medium sized golibaje, one by one put to oil slowly.

  • keep the flam into medium and turning it till it comes golden brown colour.

  • if golibaje came to brown colour then remove the it carefully from the oil.

  • Tasty golibaje is ready to serve. serve hot golibaje to the guest with cocounut chutney.

Masala Bhat

Introduction about Masala bhat
Masala bhat is a Maharashtra (South- Indian) food and it is almost similar to veg Pulav and it is very teast, once you cook this recipe you also love this recipe and its my favorite recipe. i learn this when i went to Maharashtra, its very easy to learn and i like this because its teast similar to veg pulav. you can prepare this recipe to guest in midday lunch with green chatni or salad or which you like 😊.



Ingredients:

For Masala:

  • 1/2 bowl Scraped Coconut
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 10 Garlic
  • 7-8 Green Chilly
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
For Masala Bhat
  • 7-8 tsp oil / ghee
  • Cinnamon stick
  • 5 Cloves
  • 2-3 Black Pepper
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 15 Whole Cashew
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup mixed vegetable(Beans, Carrot, corn, etc.)
  • 250 gm Peas
  • 2 cup Rice(Basmathi / Sona masuri)
  • 4 cup Water
Instructions:
First prepare masala, so take blender and add Scraped Coconut, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, water and blend keep the masala in side.
Put cooker in stove and heat oil / ghee and prepare tempring.
Add cinnamon stick, Cloves, Bay leaf, Black Pepper, Cashew, Cardamom and now take blended masala, saute well.
Add chop onion, potato, peas, Vegetables (Carrot, Beans, corn, etc) and saute well 2 minutes.
Further add 2 Cup of washed Rice and 4 Cup of Water and Salt to teast add Turmeric powder, Stir well cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes till 2 visel of cooker.
Then Finally can serve masala bhat with Green Chatni or Salad which you have like to teast πŸ˜‹.

Paddu

Introduction about Paddu
             Paddu is a break fast recipe and it is very teasty food and this paddu mixture can also use for dosa, its called uttappa and you can prepare sada dosa also. its one of the popular recipe in south India, especially in rural area people doing this recipe. I learn first with my mother. my mother doing amazing paddu and today i sharing my style paddu. I taken ingredients to serve thirty people, it is famous recipe in south India especially in dhakshina kannada. this recipe can serve with red chilly chatni or green chatni some people crazy about eaing paddu with curd amazing πŸ˜‹.



Ingredients:
  • 1 cup urad dal
  • 3 cups dosa rice
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds/methi(optional)
  • few corander leaves(optional)
  • 1 Onion
  • Green chilly
  • Salt to teast
  • Oil for greasing tawa
Instructions:
Soak urad dal and rice, methi / fenugreek seeds in seprate bowl (optional) soak for 5 hours, after first drain the water from rice and blend to smooth.
Mix it well and keep it in a warm place for 12 hours. the next day mix the better slightly take required batter in a different bowl.
Finally chop onion if you put more onion it give more teast, corander leaves (optional), green chilly, salt to teast and mix well.
Put paddu thava in gas stove and reduce the heat to medium.

Put oil to thava and next put mixture with the help of large spoon and cook for 3 min with a closed tid.
Once better cooked in down part slowly flip it over in the help of spoon and cook other side till its comes to brown colour.

The teasty paddu recipe is ready, it is one of the easiest recipe to learn, take paddu into hot box because its very teasty to eat when it is hot and paddu can serve with red chatni😊.
